Welcome to before breakfast a production of iHeartRadio.

Good morning. This is Laura.

Welcome to the before breakfast podcast to make an anytime fun list get creative and write down ideas for fun. You can have any day then when you're wondering what to do with your Saturday or a suddenly free weekday afternoon, you'll have options and you won't have to waste your free time brainstorming. So maybe you have noticed this not so fun truth. It is hard to come up with fun things to do on command. This is why we often end up doing the same old. Same old. You can probably name your personal same old same old and your family's maybe social media tidying up snacking for you maybe TV or movies for your family.

All those things can be great but it's easy to find yourself feeling bored or in a rut doing the same things all the time and anytime fun list helps you change things up. You can enjoy yourself and do Waze and anytime fun list is more important. Now than ever you may be having less big fun. Now than usual less travel to your party don't get discouraged because some things you'd like to do aren't possible instead use an anytime fun list to make the most of what is available to you right now. I bet you can think of dozens the fun things you like to do some time. If you put your mind to it watch a documentary about your favorite restaurant plant mums in your front yard design your holiday card call your college roommate baked a plum cake go for a long bike ride, ask your family to add to the list and they will probably have ideas to

Have a tea party with the stuffed animals have a picnic on the flat roof above the porch roast marshmallows in the fire pit have an outdoor movie night holding a una tournament. The possibilities are endless.

You could challenge yourself and your family members are roommates to come up with 20 items each compiled an anytime fun list from all your ideas and put it somewhere prominent like the fridge then anytime you're looking for something fun to do consulted. You could even post your anytime fun list on social media. Maybe you'll have friends join in to brainstorm ideas or to join in your fun posting intentions creates a sort of accountability to if numerous people asked whether you've planted those mums yet. You'll be reminded that you do want to do that and feel nudged to go buy some

We sometimes tell ourselves the story that we have no time. And we sometimes tell ourselves the story that there is nothing to do right now and anytime fun list helps us realize but neither of those stories has to be true. We have ideas for fun things we can do to make the most of our time anytime. So this weekend and every weekend doesn't come and go without us doing anything special.

So today spend a few minutes brainstorming ideas for your anytime fun list. My guess is that those few minutes will pay off in a lot of Fun hours.

In the meantime, this is Laura. Thanks for listening. And here's to making the most of our time.
